Configure a Key for Outbound SFTP

  1. Obtain an SSH private key from your Clario Customer Success representative.

  2. Navigate to Setup → Administration → Data Management → Key Management

  3. Select New Key

  4. Use the following settings in the New Key dialog: Key Type: SSH Name: Clario SFTP External Key: ClarioSftpKey Key: Browse to the location where you saved the Clario provided key and select it. Public Key: Unchecked

Step 3: Data Extension Folders

Clario uses folders to group data extensions we manage and keep your SFMC environment tidy. Clario requires two folders: Clario Audiences and Clario Test Audiences. Perform this action at the enterprise level as well as each business unit you will be pushing audiences to.

  1. Navigate to Email Studio -> Subscribers -> Data Extensions

Expand your data extension hierarchy and find the folder you would like to nest the Clario managed data extensions folders under.

Right click on the folder and then click New Folder from the context menu. Create two new folders: Clario Audiences and Clario Test Audiences.
