Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Overview

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a provider of digital marketing automation and analytics software and services. Clario integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support data ingress (audience automation) and egress (activity data feed).

The integration requires a modest one-time investment of time to put in place.

Note

These steps should be performed at the enterprise level of your Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance to capture all activity associated with multi-brand environments. In cases where the Enterprise level may not capture all brand associated activity, the integration will need to be performed at the Business Unit level. If you aren't sure, be sure to ask your Clario Customer Success representative.
