Prerequisites

If you have not completed store sales on-boarding with your Google Ads team, get the started. If you have completed this step, continue with the instructions.

Step 1: Identify the offline conversion action

Sign in to Google Ads and navigate to Tools and Settings -> Conversions -> Store Sales.

In the example below, events will be loaded into the Store sales conversion action.

Step 2: Share the details with Clario

Send your Clario Customer Success representative the exact name of the conversion action you identified or created in Step 1.

Identify the conversion action where you want Clario to load offline conversions. If you do not see a Store Sales category, you will need to contact your Google Ads representative for .
